Quotes and scope
A quote identifies the services, prices and payment arrangement offered for a defined period. Additional work or changed requirements can require a revised quote.
One-off and ongoing services
One-off project charges and recurring service charges are shown separately. Recurring services continue according to their stated billing interval and applicable cancellation terms.
Deposits and Easy Pay
Where offered, the 50% deposit applies to eligible project work with the remaining eligible balance due on project approval. Standard Easy Pay is a finite three- or six-month arrangement for eligible project work. Ongoing services remain separate.
Customer materials and approvals
Customers are responsible for having the right to supply content, brand assets, images and other materials. Where an approval or proof is requested, work may pause until that approval is provided.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, payment processing, advertising platforms, social networks and other integrations can depend on third-party providers. Next Theme remains responsible for its own contracted service but cannot guarantee a third-party platform will never change or experience an outage.
