Standard self-service terms
Eligible project work can be split over three or six monthly instalments. The quote locks the eligible project amount before the contract is signed. Any one-off item that is not financeable is due separately up front.
Ongoing services remain ongoing
Hosting, care plans, retainers, virtual services and other ongoing items continue on their own billing cycle. They are shown separately from the finite Easy Pay schedule in the basket, quote and contract.
Deposit and balance option
Where the 50% deposit option is available, half of the eligible project work is due at the start and the remaining eligible balance becomes due on project approval. Non-financeable one-off items are added to the amount due at the start.
Bespoke terms
Longer or unusual arrangements are not offered automatically. Where appropriate they can be discussed and quoted manually as a bespoke commercial arrangement.
